The Birth of B2A Marketing & IT Consulting
In 2020, the world faced unprecedented challenges as the COVID-19 pandemic forced businesses to adapt rapidly or risk closure. Like many others, Chantae’, found herself grounded during the lockdown period in Trinidad & Tobago. With her studies ongoing and her family to support, she began searching for opportunities in customer service and development work, both locally and remotely. However, despite her persistence and academic background, she faced repeated rejections.
Everything changed when a friend expressed frustration over not being able to afford the cost of building a website for his business. Though Chantae’ had studied web development, she had never taken on a full project independently. Determined to help her friend and eager to prove her capabilities, she accepted the challenge.
From Passion Project to Entrepreneurial Journey
The result was DirtKingztt.com, Chantae’s first solo e-commerce site. Over the course of a month, she designed and customized the platform with full e-commerce functionality, ensuring it met the needs of her client. The project was a success, and word quickly spread about her exceptional work.
Soon, other businesses began reaching out for assistance with a range of services, from social media management to inventory solutions, customer service systems, and software development.
